Staying at Anyar Villa was a great experience. The two women who run this place are truly powerful with big, generous hearts that do not go unnoticed. They work tirelessly behind the scenes, and their care, warmth, and attention to detail radiate. You can feel how much they genuinely care about the people who stay here. They need to get paid more!! I felt so welcomed, supported, and at home. That kind of feminine leadership strong, nurturing, and devoted creates a very special energy. The location is also perfect. Peaceful (some temporary construction), yet close to everything you need. And if you’re staying here, definitely check out Wide Beans Coffee nearby, such a gem!!! Grateful for this space and the beautiful women who hold it 💚

* The Room only * The cost is fair.

* The kitchen so old and dirty , in order to be able to use it we paid extra money to the cleaner to they clean it and take care of it, even the refrigerators were dirty, the appliances were so old 😣🤮😵‍💫 * To stay comfortable we had to always tipping the workers to the they clean and take care and giving them gifts. * They do not allow the food delivery couriers to enter to deliver the food to the room which was so uncomfortable for us as we are staying long stay there , every time we had to go out to the main door to take our order neither they allow them to reach to the room doors neither housekeeper or the security deliver the orders to the room ‼️‼️‼️👎. The bathroom need to be renewed

Amazing, friendly staff - couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The rooms are large, with comfy beds and strong AC.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. Also I found that 'changing bedsheets' often meant just re-making my bed.. which wasn't ideal. Second issue, but not the fault of the guesthouse is the construction nearby. There are two new buildings being constructed right next door to the rooms and entrance, and there is drilling all day, every day.
