The Daun Bali

The pool area and entrance were beautiful and what is depicted in the pictures. Handy location to the beach. The pool is right in the sun and so very warm and nice for sunbathing!

Inside the room and bathroom was very average condition and needs to be renovated - not what is shown in the advert pictures. The shower and toilet leaked non-stop. You could only pay via cash not eftpos (not sure if this is usual or not). Went to get cash out from the ATM just down the road and the ATM swallowed our card - the receptionist said this happens often (would have been nice to be warned not to use the CommBank ATM). Woke up each morning to a very strong smell of smoke.

The accommodation was ok. We had 2 apartments on 1 floor. If I had to choose again, I would take the apartments next to the pool, because the view of the pool is very nice. I liked it because it's boutique apartments, so it's not a big facility. Excellent breakfasts in the café next to the accommodation. Very friendly staff.

We could hear the traffic from the street a bit, but we still fell asleep quickly.

Location was perfect! Near the beach, Air Con was amazing, almost too good!!

Breakfast selection could of been better

Such a great location! Really central, beach is only down the street. I stayed here my first night after I arrived and it was a really peaceful location, perfect to adjust to the jet lag. The place is tiny and off a main road but really lovely and feels almost like a home stay.

Cleanliness could have been slightly improved
