- Convenient location - Clean room with good air conditioning - Good facilities including cafe out front for included breakfast - Very helpful staff, happy to help with anything and answer questions/give advice

- Noise early at night and in morning (Unavoidable given the location, felt it was to be expected for the area).

Great place with beautiful frangipani garden&pool. Very quiet at night! Great option to order food from the kitchen! Very nice&helpful staff! 🙏

Shower needs a makeover (handle).

Rooms are a bit tired could do with updating.

The hotel was terrible. The pool was so dirty and the room was unclean, the flooring was old and dirty, lizards were climbing all over the room. There was an only lady as a staff who was grumpy. I asked for an adaptor but no adaptor was available so we has to buy our own. We booked for 2 days but we only stayed the night as all my family were grossed out by the dirtiness. What a waste of money

Location is comfortable, 10-15 minutes from the beach, close to some restaurants. Building is nice, the swimming pool is sufficient, there’s a fish pond with many beautiful koi fish below the reception. Room is large, AC is cool, Bathroom is also big.

The room & bathroom needs a bit cleaner, there are some spiderwebs on the ceiling, the toilet produces smell when being flushed, the TV doesn’t work
