The Daun Bali

This place is perfect for a working getaway! I almost don't want to review so I can keep it as a little hidden gem for myself. You instantly relax the moment you walk through the beautiful wooden doors and onto the deck looking over a stunning koi pond and perfectly manicured gardens. I had stayed here to make use of the coworking space across the road but didn't actually need to as my room was so perfectly appointed with a desk and chair and perfect wifi. The cafe downstairs was delicious, the location was amazing, the laundry service was cheap and fast - everything was perfect!

Great location, lovely staff.

The noise is really bad, making it impossible to sleep. It felt like we were sleeping on the road instead of next to it. Bring earplugs!

Location was close to the beach and very peaceful yet just near lots of shops and venues. It was neat and tidy and staff were very helpful and friendly.

We liked everything.

The Daun is in a great location and within close proximity to everything important in Canguu. We can't say enough good things about the staff too - especially Kadek. He was so amazingly helpful to us. Without him our sons birthday would not have been so special. He is authentic, genuine and caring. Great place to stay!

There was a nothing to mention

Really close to the gym, has a nice cafe infront also!

The noise of the temple next door & dogs constantly barking means it’s basically impossible to spend much time here relaxing. The shower was warm for about approx 4-5 mins then would go cold every time. No soap either…There were a lot of ants in the room also. The toilet was also weird to flush. I found that I needed to be away during the day and the evening because it was so hard to relax and the chairs by the pool were covered in ants.
