I had a fantastic experience staying in the single room—it was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveler. The breakfast was great with something new to try each day. And each room has their own locker(? don't know how to call it) in the dry room to store snowboard or ski, which is great. Their kindness extended to providing convenient transportation to the transportation hub, which was greatly appreciated. I truly appreciated their thoughtful hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Lovely home and lovely hosts, they're really nice! Friendly, English friendly, vegetarian and vegan friendly (we only requested for breakfast but they offer dinner too). They offer pick up and drop off service from Hakuba station, and discounted lift tickets. Location is ~10min walk from Goryu ski resort, super convenient. They have a dry room for ski gear. We stayed in a twin room - it's not large but had space for our ski wear to dry out. Bathroom is compact, but not surprising for Japan. I think some units are remodeled to be more spacious...we opted for the more basic options, so also had expectations more aligned with the basic stay options. I think the rooms are all on the second floor, stairs only. Hallways don't have spectacular sound proofing but the other guests were generally quiet and we were never bothered. (Added photos of the vegetarian breakfast I got -- if you have dietary restrictions let them know!)

If I can give a million stars I would. Honestly they cannot be any more kinder people then these guys. Not only care for you as a guest but they go above and beyond to make you feel at home and included. Lets mentioned the meals too! best value and quality yum yum yum! I definitely will be coming back if they let me located 15 min walk from Goryu lift, they will help you booking anything you need when you get there including discounted lift ticket, lessons and rentals

We were beyond impressed with everything from the hosts, the room and the location. The hosts were incredibly helpful to us, breakfast was fantastic, he room was spacious for the three of us and had everything we needed. Just a 10 minute walk from the slopes and the valley bus to other resorts. Absolutely cannot wait to come back in the future!
