Try the amazing freshly baked bread for breakfast!

It's a lovely pension. The young couple is so friendly, and they make me feeling like coming home. It was not only a ski trip, but an experience of Hakuba life.

The best think about our stay was the people who run the accommodation, who were always very friendly and accommodating and prompt with any requests. The food for breakfast and dinners was invariably delicious. They drove us to the bus stop at the end of our stay. The property has an excellent location for skiing with only a short walk (about 500m) to the base of the ski slopes each morning.

The room is very big, clean and comfortable. They have seperated bathroom and toilet which is very convenient. The hosts are very nice and helpful. They have kid as well so there are plenty of kid's toys which my daugther really enjoy them. We will definately come back again :)

Really beautiful place with very kind owners. They gave me a very warm welcome and always made me feel like home. Breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. Definitely recommend going there. :)

Staying at Pension Bonnard was like staying with family friends -such is the hospitality and welcome we received from Taka and Kayo. Taka’s reputation for cooking great food is confirmed by many reviews. Both Taka and Kayo are exceptional hosts - perfect location - a short walk each day to Goryu ski lifts - no need to depend on the often crowded shuttle buses.

there is nothing to say here - except Kayo talked to us about improvements she hoped to have for next season - an in house laundry facility was her priority and I agree that would be very useful.

Fantastic hosts made the place very inviting. Our room was very cosy and exceptional value. Also really appreciated Taka helping us with booking our ski gear and lessons.
