Hakone Villa

I had a great time staying here! The host is super nice and welcoming. He also makes delicious breakfasts. The view from the room is amazing, and the room has a really authentic Japanese feel — at least for a tourist like me.

The location isn’t the most convenient, but if you travel light, I recommend walking all the way to the house and enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. And if not — the host always offered to drive me to and from the bus station.

Hey the owner was really nice and helpful the English skills was not the best but I think that is normal in Japan He always tried to help. He made every breakfast he was like a very nice grandfather who always helped you can only recommend it. Hakone is a nice place for hiking and walk around

Lovely people in charge, great breakfast. Felt like staying in someone's home. Fancy shower and helpful hosts

It was a little hard to communicate, I didn't fully understand that my friend would be charged to stay but that's sort of what you get for not being able to speak Japanese!
