Nallur Residence

The best thing about staying here is the host and his staff. Haran was so helpful in answering our many questions and had great suggestions for places to go to and restaurants to eat at. It was fascinating hearing the history of the residence. The Sri Lankan breakfast was superb - very tasty indeed, and on our last morning, Haran met us at the train station with fresh breakfast and lunch for our trip.

The host Haran made us feel very happy and was full of knowledge and so very helpful. The room is big, aircon great and a fan! Bed was so comfortable.Was given water and use of the fridge and laundry done for us. Very grateful indeed. A great stay . Thank you very much Haran

The location was very good next to Nallur temple. The staff gave us very good advices about what to do and what to see in Jaffna. Our next destination was Trincomalee and they adviced us on how to get there by bus. The breakfast was very good and rich, even to take away one morning we had to go very early. They were so kind to offer us laundry service out of charge.

The furniture was old fashioned. We found a cocoroach in the bathroom but it's something you can expect in every place with such weather conditions surrounded by nature or a garden. Moreover, the staff took immediate action on it and they were checking the room every time we were coming back.

Homely atmosphere. The host made extra effort to make our stay ver pleasant.

It’s hard to find fault with the property.

Great location right next to the Nallur Kantha Swami temple. Nice environment and friendly staff made it very much like home.
