The first room was large.

There are 2 metal shops next door that kept making noise in the morning. Not constant noise, but would start grinding for 5 minutes every so often. Aircon in first room wasn't working. Had to change room when I arrived back late on the first night.

The beds and linen were clean and comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious and fine.

The roosters and 2 metal workshops that start at 7AM. I also had to clean my AC unit at 2AM because the AC unit was struggling to work

Very friendly.kind and helpful girl on reception. The room was very clean, and the bathroom also. The shower was hot. The Internet connection is strong. A short walk to the centre. Great value for money.

Nice and clean rooms with good airco and hot showers. Friendly family taking care of it. Quiet hotel and street except for some dogs barking at night and a neighbour's rooster.

Breakfast could be a bit improved with jam provided for the toasts for example. A little bit outside of the tourist area but only 10 minutes walk from it, so not a problem to us. No room cleaning during the stay, which was also not a problem, but more toilet paper could have been provided from the start, so that we would not have had to ask for more.

A stunning place if you are staying in Kampot! - Great value for money (probably the best room I've stayed in during my trip in Cambodia). - The staff always welcome you with a big smile. - Spacious room, with private bathroom, a fridge, a kettle, a small balcony and great air-con. And the room was very clean! - The location is very quiet so you'll have an amazing sleep. Having said that, it's only a 10-15min walk to the Durian roundabout / centre of town. It's even closer to a lovely pond and the southern part of the riverside, which had an amazing night market when I went there. - I liked it so much (as well as the Kampot area) that I extended my stay.

Nothing really. Other comments mention the difficulty to talk with the staff but this didn't bother me. Some body language, some smiles and eye contact and we managed to communicate. Isn't this the beauty of travelling, overcoming language barriers? Anyway, if you really need to speak about an issue, they will call their owner who speaks English.

The guesthouse was incredibly clean, staff was nice, the rooms are really big and super comfy. The location is great . Walking distance from the river

However I could sleep the two nights that I stayed here. The rooster(s) starts crowing at 3 o'clock and continues until morning. The second night I slept with ear plugs but without any luck ... It is truly loud. Maybe in other rooms it's better however I wouldn't take the chance again

No lift !!

Rooms are very nice and very clean. Comfortable bed and AC works well. Location is not too far from center, but i rented bike through hotel. The staff that are mostly on site do not speak any English at all, so be prepared. There is one lady who speaks good English who is somtimes there and she can be reached by phone for questions
