"Like the guesthouse and the Kampot/Kep area"

New spotless place. Quiet. Good wifi. Good on site scooter rental... you need one to get around the area and the guesthouse is outside the centre. Included simple breakfast was good but there only seemed to be two choices. Family run.

No sign but distintictive building -- look at the photos before arriving.

"Superb"

Spacious and clean rooms Staff were welcoming and nice. They even offered a room we could rest in as we arrived early Good value for money. Good location without walking distance to the town center.

Tea and coffee making facilities in room would be nice. Also no soap and shower gel in the room

Very nice, spacious room with a comfy bed. The family are really nice and friendly, and the place is very clean. It was really good value for money with nice breakfast included too, and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.

Used the laundry service, and one of my pairs of socks went in but never came back out. When I asked they said they had given us everything back.

The hosts are really nice! The room is big and there is hot water in the shower. The breakfast is good and also the laundry.

There were a lot of ants in the shower and we also found some on the bed. There is a lot of noise early in the morning from the owners' children. Also, there is no basic stuff in the room like a soap and a kettle. (I'm sure if we asked they would bring it to us).

The hosting family was really kind. The room was big, modern and very clean. Good A/C, good breakfast. Would recommend ++

The location is around 10 min walk from the city center, but as the main attractions are outside of the city, it did not bother us at all.

Nice big rooms,very comfortable bed nice king size and comfortable pillows,nice breakfast.

Construction noise from neighbours at 7am,and the gate closed to the entrance of the hotel every night at 12,which we didn't know.
