Very new and modern guesthouse had great WiFi and YouTube on big telly. Comfy bed and great shower.

Stairs I was on third floor.

Seagull GH appears to be a newer hotel, not sure of it but it is very very clean and doesn't appear old. Bathrooms, hallway, bedrooms are like new for our stay. I would recommend the VIP rooms ( outside balcony ) and Gold rooms ( bigger ). Each room has its own unique features. These are NON SMOKING rooms and let's keep it that way or keep some Chinese people out who have no respect for non smoking policies. We had 6 rooms and all were terrific. Hotel does require Shoes Off before entering. Might be why it's so clean. Customer Service is outstanding and helpful. *Keep it mind IF you're visiting from another country DONT WRITE A BAD REVIEW IF THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. YOU'RE IN SOMEONE'S COUNTRY TRY TO LEARN THEIR LANGUAGE dummy!!!

*Location has potholes in the street and lots of it. *Staircase are painted marble black so it's hard to see each stair. Wife's nephew tripped and broke my wife's expensive Chanel perfume I purchased. The $200 perfume will smell in the hallway for months. * Not a fan of the shoes off in hotel BUT it does keep the hotel clean. * No toilet paper, just hose. But they are very clean and powerful 😂. * Could use more trash cans? There is only one small can per room.

Great guesthouse, good wifi for working. The family who owns the place is great. Good simple breakfast. A short walk from the river street.

This place is fantastic - modern and well designed, spotlessly clean throughout, light, bright, and airy. Our large room had a really good comfortable bed with nice linen, two windows, plenty of downlights and space for our luggage. Well painted, quality tiled floors, the doors closed properly, and all of the plumbing worked. Everything has been thought out and finished to a high standard. The staff are cheerful, very pleasant, and could not do enough to help us. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Not only that, its located slightly back from a quiet road and you can walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, the river.

Nice guest house about 15 mins walk from the river and the night market in a quiet street. Large comfortable room and a simple breakfast of oat muesli with sliced banana and an omlette with a coffee. Good value for the price, we will stay there again.

Really clean and comfortable stay. Amazing staff, with scooters to hire/laundry for good price. Room was cleaned to perfection everyday.

Few ants in the room, but didn’t bother us at all.
