Happy Home Kohjum

It was clean, nice bed to sleep in, they provided clean towels. It has a hot shower if you need it? The bedroom has air conditioning. Also there’s a fridge.

There’s no reception. They picked me up from Koh Jum pier and then dropped me at the property with no charge but then that’s it, you have to work things out for yourself but that’s not too hard.

Unfortunately, the accommodation was only superficially clean. Stuff under the bed, shelves and terrace furniture dirty. Nearby neighbors burn garbage regularly, resulting in unhealthy air.

A beautiful group of bungalows in a quiet bit of an already v quiet and chilled island. The owners are lovely - picked us up from the ferry, and they own a little shop on the main road. The bungalows are basic but super clean and have everything you need and surprisingly great wifi and air con! Mosquito net around bed and we didn't get any bites during our time on the island. It's a short 12 min walk to the beach and beach bar, and there are some great restaurants within walking distance too (we didn't hire a bike, but everything we needed for a great 3 day stay was in walking distance). We absolutely loved it here and Koh Jum and will remember this for a long time - hope to be back one day!! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Huge and nice bungalow for a cheap price. Nice staff

This is a wonderful place. The chalets are spacious, set in a peaceful garden and come with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The owners also have a shop on the road, there are other small shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The beautiful beach can be reached in a few more minutes. Or rent a scooter from the owner at a very reasonable price, with absolutely no fuss. Mon, and his family, are the loveliest most helpful people and make this the Happy Home. If there were any minor inconveniences, and I can't think any, all would be forgiven because of their genuine care and welcome.

Big room, with kitchen area and fridge, good sized bathroom with hot shower. Comfy bed, nice balcony. In a lovely setting with all the flowers and trees around, very peaceful and overall very impressed.

Towels for blankets on bed - little bit odd, not seen that one before! Owners/staff sometimes hard to find if you needed anything.

We loved it here. So, so peaceful. The whole island, quiet and super friendly. The accommodation is big. A separate bedroom and separate kitchen room. The owners run the small shop on the road, near the bungalows. They are so friendly (we spoke via Google translate a few times). They have pier pick up/drop off, laundry, bike rental and island to island bookings we found out as we departed.

The bungalow was absolutely wonderful- the fridge, kettle, and tea and coffee was an added bonus! Location was brilliant (right near some beautiful beaches) and the host was delightful. Thank you so much!
