Pretty gardens, spacious bungalow, near to restaurants, quiet , air con and hot water

Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Cleaning was not thorough and lots of insects (hordes of ants) in bathroom

The bungalow itself was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. We loved the balcony with a hammock, sheltered from the rain and sun. Very nice to sit outside. They offered piickup service at the pier for a fair price, she also drove us to the beach to wait for check-in. We were able to rent a scooter through them and they brought it up to the bungalow. There is a store on site also run by the owners. Great communication by staff through the Booking app, they answered everything promptly. Beach was walkable, lots of local restaurants around with delicious food.

The photos listed for the room we booked had an air conditioner in them (it was also mentioned in the listing) but when we arrived we were given a bungalow without a/c. Be mindful when booking! If you want a/c don't book the deluxe bungalow. We ended up paying in cash for an upgrade because the room was stifling hot with only one fan. We also didn't have any shampoo/soap in our room which may have been an oversight as it was provided in the original room. There are no daily cleanings or re-stock of toilet paper/water/coffee, you will have to ask.

Lovely quiet and well maintained garden full of flowering plants on the middle of the island with plenty of walkable eating and beaching. Our bungalow was HUGE with high ceilings, a big bathroom and even a small kitchenette with fridge and kettle. Spacious front porch to relax and cold AC complimented by nice new sliding window & doorframes with screens to let in the breeze. Lots of quick communication with mgmt through WhatsApp was very handy- lots of services provided at reasonable costs as well!

It was a bit of a walk to the beach, nothing major. Our bungalow might have benefitted from a few more hooks or shelves or another table surface- but not necessary at all!

What a lovely place to stay! The huts are located in a blooming colorful garden: the picture here in Booking does it absolutely no justice. Honestly so pretty! It's quiet and peaceful and adorable but also just off the main road in a good location: short distance to beach, and the best fruit shop is just opposite. Maybe 300m to a brilliant restaurant named just Halal food. There's fairly much thought for what a guest would need. The bed is really big and comfy, pillows good and plentiful. Kitchen area has basics for having breakfast and coffee at the spacious terrace, which has a hammock in addition to seating. I really appreciated having loads of places to store my stuff! There was all in all five(!) table surfaces, counting the terrace table and kitchenette, and two places for hanging clothing, PLUS some more shelf-like storage space. The hosts are friendly and around quite a lot. Some people have complained not having automatic house cleaning: just ask for it, it will happen. Can rent a bike and get ferry tickets from Mon.

The only real gripe I have is pretty common in Thailand: the only light in this otherwise very nice room is a horrendous, million lumins bright bluish-white light which is absolute horror in a bedroom. That combined with the unfinished bare concrete walls created a pretty distressing sight, like hanging out at the construction yard. But this issue of unfinished walls is maybe only in room 7! I peeked in some others and they had nice finish on the walls, and 7 seems the newest hut, so this might already be fixed next year. And yes it's not squeaky clean, the fridge door was smudgy and the shitty towel brush on the floor a bit icky... but it's not dirty, just not 100%.

So where do I start? Once we arrived there was no one there. 10 to 15 minutes of waiting.. and after a really rude welcome. So let's get to the Disgusting part.. THE ROOM It was completely dirty we found some sort of pubic hair and stains on our bed pillows and sheets. THE BATHROOM was revolting some kind of blood on the mirror, human fluids and again pubic hair on the tiles all over the BATHROOM The fridge was not emptied and we were welcomed with some nice moulded food for us STAY AWAY!!!!
