La ubicación

Era sucio olían mal las toallas, no había espejo en el baño, etc

Good location if you want to be away from the crowds and noise. 4 minutes walk to the metro and good bus services to go anywhere. Antonio was really good at responding inmediately to my emails by calling me and bringing what I requested. Also he arranged to unblock the shower base real soon.

Shower base did not flow well. There were no chairs/stools to sit on. The door to the appartment is highly insecure, the light switch is outsisde the appartment. There is a broken fridge in the kitchen, should be removed and replaced. The skirting boards are dirty. It feels as they do the minimal cleaning. The price is far too high for what it is. I was expecting a better nicer flat as the photos seem to show.

First of all, it is very cheap, so if you expect a 5star hotel cleanliness and rooms, a friendly receptionist waiting at the front desk, then book a hotel for 5x the price in the Carlton Hotel across the street. The room was pretty spacious (for the price), bed was good, there was a shower and a toilet on the hallway. For the price it was better than I expected actually. So if you are looking for a simple place to stay with not much expectations, this is a great place.

All went good, but the checking in was a bit of a hassle because I missed an email asking me to send a copy of my documents. but again, they always picked up the phone right away when i called to ask questions.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers entsprach nicht den Bildern, der Raum war fast leer und dadurch ungemütlich. Es klebte ein Kaugummi über dem Kopfkissen an der Wand. Die auf den Bildern gezeigte Küche konnten wir nicht finden.

Balcony

For a single person who’s not picky at all like me, it’s fine. But if you’re particular about the details, don’t book the room with a balcony.
