Не могу поставить 10 баллов, только из за большого количества пыли и плохой уборки, но тут прям надо супер генеральную уборку сделать, очень много в номере разной архивной утвари. Если хотите пожить в доме начала 20 века, в имперское время, то вам сюда. Сначала нам не понравилось, но потом мы поняли в чем кайф этого места. Не забывайте в каком вы находитесь городе, это ведь Оамару, Родина стимпанка. Так что при всех недостатках, это место однозначно рекомендуем, очень оригинальное и прикольное место.

This was our third stay at Federation House, we love the house and its quirky appeal, the breakfast in the sun room and the host Roger who is lovely and so knowledgeable about the area

Lovely place with full of character. the rooms and the building is full of history, pictures, books and memories from the owner. I had a view of the sea from my room. Breakfasts were served in the sunroom with a brilliant view over town and the sea. Roger and his cohost were lovely and made sure everything was ok

Loved the place, didn't expect the climb :) You have to work a little for those views
