Shower facilities needed upgrading, property in need of refurbishment
USWe loved the breakfast we wish we took advantage of it the whole stay but didn't ask for a charger adapter right away so we slept in and sadly missed their lovely breakfast fore the first two nights but we're so glad we got the adapter and got to enjoy it on the last night
I just wish there was an extra set of towels in the wardrobe because we stayed three nights. Other than that everything was perfect

Mouldy rooms. Black mold visible everywhere curtains, doors, walls, ceilings, floor. Damp, the smell hits as soon as you walk in and they have tried to mask it with air freshener. Filthy room, hair in plughole and all over bathroom floor, hairs in the made up bed. Appalling that this is still operating when it clearly has such huge issues as a building. I have asthma and came away with wheezing symptoms. Wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay here never mind paying close to hundred pounds. Avoid at all costs and check reviews on other booking platforms. I had booked this in a rush without researching in as much depth as I normally would there was nothing else left on the island otherwise I would have checked out immediately Left before breakfast very early after sunrise

Alles , onhygiënisch schimmel in badkamer en slaapkamer , overal spinnen raggen, bedden uit t jaar 1400 , muffe lucht van t vocht, koelkast vol met schimmel en het ontbijt was niet te eten , koffie ronduit smerig , toast was zwart. 25€ is nog teveel betaald . Nooit meer , schande dat dit op booking.com staat.

GBFirstly the owner of the property is a very lovely lady. Warm welcoming and no restrictions in going out or coming in. Location is a highlight near to the ferry and awesome scenery. The lodge is very homely just felt like being at home. Place is safe,quiet and cozy. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Not much really. It’s an old building and a bit tired but it was clean in the important bits. Shower extractor fan didn’t work and the lights need replacing in the shower but those are small things and wouldn’t stop me staying there again
