216 Venice

The room was simple but very clean and bed was comfortable. The bus stop to Venice was just around the corner and a short ride to Pl. Roma.

Accommodation in Mestre near the railway station (Venice), bus ( Venice/Marco Polo airport) and tram (Venice) stops. The accommodation unit consists of three en suite rooms and a very well-equipped common kitchen. Our room and bathroom were spacious, well furnished and clean. The lady managing the facility was very nice and helpful even with the early arrival and luggage storage after our stay.

Everything was OK.

The instruction for self check in could hv been better. Some photos to show location of the unit within the building would be helpful.

Nice place to stay, good location, clean and bright. The room is equipped with towels, hangers, desk, and everything you need. The room I stayed had a balcony. The bed is comfortable and they have a couple of pillows to choose from. There is a very good supermarket walking distance in case you forgot to bring something. Also there’s a kitchen you can use which was great. The owner was very helpful. Very close to the train station.

There’s not much negative to say, the only thing would be that some of the guests use the kitchen at 5 am and could be noisy.

A very short walk to the train station. Market next door convenient for supplies. A well equipped kitchen shared with others. Very spacious room.

Never met the hosts. Every communication was through email. Someone from the apartment building kept front door open so we could make it to the apartment. Had trouble opening key box to get keys. After we got the keys no problem getting in but check in process was dismal. We could not get AC working first night. Would have liked someone to show us to begin with. First night noisy neighbors outside. I would not have felt safe walking neighborhood at night.

This is an apartment, not a hotel. Soundproofing was very bed, couldn’t sleep well because somebody’s baby was crying all night. Owner of this apartment didn’t show up, just wrote messages in chat how to get the keys, but he didn’t say how to get into the building ( keys were inside the building in a locker next to the front door of the apartment)
