The room was clean and big and had a lot of storage space for clothes and luggage, well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Great overall experience and very good value. Location is close enough to public transport and supermarkets yet it is in a quiet area.

The AC had a low volume of air coming out of it so it cooled the room very slow. Perhaps it needs cleaning. The walls between rooms are not very well soundproofed and you can be bothered by noisy guests.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with air conditioning, complimentary water, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size, with a hairdryer and necessary amenities. The kitchen area had a fridge but no cooker. There were no instructions on how to switch on the fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the bus shuttle to both Treviso and Venice / Marco Polo Airports.

The weather was extremely hot, and we were looking forward to using the fridge to store our food and drinks. However, when we tried to turn it on, it didn't work. We looked around the kitchen area for instructions, but there were none. In addition to the room rate, we were also charged a city tax. There was lots of pressure from 212 to pay it in cash, and the amount was slightly higher than what my friends had been charged in other hotels. This made me feel a bit suspicious, as I wondered why our hotel was charging more than other hotels in the area.

Nice location near the train station

I was looking for an entire apartment with two or more rooms (and these were the search filters I had applied), not a mini-hotel with a single room and shared kitchen. Also, my wife spotted a suspicious bug that could be a cockroach in the bathroom

Everything was fine, very clean room and bath. In very close to the bus station,train station.Direct transport to the airport.And the host was really kind and answer fast.

Room was clean & the bed comfortable enough. Outlets close to the bed. Air conditioning worked well in the summer. Bathroom had modern fixtures & shower had good water pressure. Zhou was very responsive over text. Location is close to the main train station & bus stop straight into Venice island. Room & bathroom are more than comfortable for 2 people. There's also a shared kitchen across the hall with a kettle, coffee machine, & basic cutlery for all guests to use.

One flight of stairs up to the rooms, so it's not too suitable for people with mobility issues.
