Beautiful location and gorgeous old cottage with plenty of space and really good water. Everything available to cook and prepare meals. Warm and comfortable surrounded by birdsong.

The old -style bath made it awkward to have a stand-up shower.

Having a big cottage all to myself, so peaceful with animals and birds for company. Good facilities, liked the mixture of old and modern cooking and heating, always love a wood burner! My dog enjoyed exploring the garden

The flies! Didn't attempt the bath or shower, thought I might get stuck in the bath and unable to get out!

Lovely secluded cottage with a lovely view, depending on the weather. Nice and cosy with a log burner in the lounge and aga in the kitchen.

We liked everything.

Beautiful spot and lovely, cosy house. A generous amount of wood to last us two nights and everything we could possibly need. We would definitely like to be able to stay again sometime.

The bath had missed the cleaning schedule but we all make mistakes and the rest of the house was fine. I wish we could have driven to the house as the weather was wild and unpacking/repacking the car from a distance was a pain. Even if we were asked to park up too after unloading.

Everything was excellent the place is very beautiful. We will back on June. Fantastic contact with the owner. Really recommended. Definitely worth the money. We have lovely time

It felt homely from the moment you walk in. The secluded location was beautiful and arriving on a clear evening leant itself well for some stargazing. The log fires makes the property very cosy and a lovely place to relax and unwind.

There was nothing about the property we disliked.
