"Perfect location, perfect accommodation and perfect host!"

Beautiful property, room was spacious and immaculate. Free parking was a bonus. Jayne who owns the property is absolutely lovely. We will definitely use again.

This is our 2nd time staying, it's a lovely guest house, run by a lovely couple. Very clean & in a great location. Free parking is a bonus & they know offer a light breakfast.

The guest house was excellent in every way, most of all Jayne and Keith were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We highly recommend this guest house.

Excellent room.Jane couldn't do enough for us.excellent.the light breakfast consisted of a bacon or sausage bap with extras well worth the extra cost.

Mattress a little firm for me.but husband loved it.personnel preference.

The location was great, with off road parking. No breakfast was required by us. Delightful host. Very well managed and run. Exceptionally clean and well presented. Home from home!

I chose Overdale as it was only a short walk from the harbour and central to where we planned to visit. Jane made us feel very welcome into her home
