Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view.

The one unit was not ready to book in. Could only be booked in well after specified time. The other unit had no hangers or hairdryer. Had to ask for that. Due to water being switched off round about 18h30 it made it impossible to shower. Hence, we had to use the wash basin in the bathroom to wash with bottled water. Unfortunately, the plug-in basin leaked, so we could not even wash. As we filled the basin, the water just leaked out. Brought this to the attention of the service lady on Saturday morning, but nothing was done. Same story in the kitchen . Globes in the kitchen and bathroom flickered all the time, which really made it unpleasant. This was also brought to the attention of the cleaning lady. This unit is the one on the right. Another little issue was that the drainage pipe from the shower upstairs was leaking. When they shower upstairs, we could not walk on the paving to the car because of the water streaming from upstairs. We were told that the entrance gate had to be used manually as the motor was broken. Thus, our vehicles were not secure as there was no lock on the gate. Seeing that the supply of water is a major problem, alternative measures should be taken to ensure that your guests can at least have a shower at night. This could be a negative factor and can discourage guests from returning to your facility. However, having said all this, we enjoyed our stay. In the future, perhaps have a checklist to ensure that the units are in order before the guests arrive.

Stairs for pensioners not good. Was our choice, but would take ground floor in future. Above picture excellent. Would prefer to stay in this specific apartment

The place is very spacious and well furnished. For someone with a toddler it was a great advantage. The house was well equipped for self catering and it was lovely. The views were spectacular and close to amenities.

The downside was that there was no air-conditioning, instead it was a heater that could barely warm up the bedroom given the very low temperatures in winter. The housekeeping left much to be desired. The linen was not changed at all, no cleaning was done you'd find dirty floors, towels where you left them, not dried or changed. Toiletries not replenished, luckily I always travel with my own toiletries.

The place was okay and good value for money.... It's also spacious. In this cold weather they had electric blankets to keep one warm, there's a heater and a fire place... A beautiful balcony....

The fact that there's no power back up, Saturday late electricity started going off and the only backup we had was a light. Sunday we woke up to no electricity and cold water. The owner was communicative and she brought us hot water in a flask amounting to less than 1liter which was a struggle to bath as we had other plans to do and needed to bath and be fresh. Especially that water get switched off at 6pm till 5am meaning you can't really bath at night...

View was good. Friendly host to inform us about this beautiful town and surroundings.

Mentioning the upstairs for older people. Water supply was cut off every night between 18h00 to 05h00 according to town regulations. Need a table with 2 chairs inside to enjoy a meal.

Large suite fitted with everything required for our weekend stay. Very comfortable and spotless clean. Easy walking distance to the town and nice views of the mountains from the balcony.
