Check in and check out immediately!!!!

Many things to highlight regarding the accommodation. The whole place smells disgusting , there were mosquitoes all over the rooms. There were multiple dead bugs on the bed sheets and even a living one crawling around on the sheets (downstair room)! Not only this but there were also many bugs around the ceiling . Non of these sheets have been changed which there were full of hairs from previous people who have stayed .There were bugs of all sorts , mosquitoes and dusty surfaces all around .The shower pipes were loose. The WiFi was totally useless and unavailable. No eating tables to sit down with and no eating utensil to use. Collect RM100 for deposit in case missed stuff or broken equipment!!None of us feel safe to stay in such an unexceptionable environment. There were children and old people with us and no one felt safe staying for the night. The pictures online looked nothing like what we saw. We took the pictures to show the staff . These conditions are absolutely horrendous and unacceptable for anyone to stay in and we leave after check in an hour . Contact Owner through email and contact property but no response at all.We were scammed by online booking on booking.com. Holiday was cancelled and ruined.

LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT.

CLEANLINESS OF TOILET AND KITCHEN IS WORST. TOILET IS NO LIGHTING. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM IS DUSTY.

location is very convenient, nearby to the bus stop if you're coming from Melaka Sentral.

can be a bit noisy, the street below is a popular route for the trishaws with their loud speakers. may not be convenient for elderly, once you enter the gate, you'll have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the apartment area. air condition was a little weak, but it didn't feel hot cause there were 2 large ceiling fans
