Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V

We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

Fantastic location in close proximity to restaurants, shops and tourist destinations. Great communication with the host. Updated, clean unit as described in write up.

Beds were hard and pillows too flat.

The location was excellent in the heart of Funchal near the cable car. The flat was very nice and comfy with everything I needed for relaxation and even occasional remote working (WiFi was very good). There are plenty of places where to eat around. Try "A Bika" restaurant under the flat, for example. The host was answering my requests and questions almost instantly. He even delayed the cleaning service to let me stay in the flat until my late flight. Thanks, Jose!

One tiny thing that is probably not a deal breaker for the most of visitors, the TV is not smart one so you can't watch YouTube, Netflix and so on.

Cute little apartment. Very clean. Good coffee machine. Nice balcony for people watching. Excellent ac. Great washer!! I would stay here again. Really amazing accommodation, in front of the Farmers Market. Super clean apartment (duplex, in fact), close to Zona Velha and the city centre. big enough for two or three people. Very well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, both in living room and bedroom. And the terrace, with view to the market (even a little ocean view, over the trees, as a bonus) was a wonderful place to relax after our daily trips. The host, Jose, simply wonderful. I hope he'll accept us again in the future,

Central location. Clean and good facilities. Would definitely recommend and would book the property again. Across from market and near numerous bars, restaurants and supermarket.
