Nothing, it is very dirty

Nothing but location was fine

Dirty and stinky place. Filth all around. No support from the staff. Wifi was not working at all. Dirty towels. Broken objects such as window, etc.

The bed is as falling apart. My room was next to the kitchen very noisy people. Dirty bathroom all hair in the bathtub. someone left the oven on with rusty tray in there which then caused a lot of smoke. I woke up coughing and sore throat because of the smoke. No there is no fire alarm in place.

The treatment of guests was unacceptable. The process of collecting the depost payment was possible only through bank transfer, but the transfer details were insufficient. They threatened me to via phone "my friend I will go to police and they will arrest you". As an another option they offered me a dumpster for crazy price. I was there for Cardiff half marathon and under pressure to find a place. After that bad behaviour i had to find a better place at the last minute but paid few hundred euros for one night. Booking.com support in that moment was also not solution oriented. Bookin.com should never list such place in the first place.
