Nothing, as the property was left damaged when I got there so I had hinges on my door broken, smoke alarm taken off ceiling, tv cracked and blinds ripped, I booked 5 days and stayed 2x shower bath dodgy and then won’t give my money back and tried to accuse me of the damages that was already there luckily I’ve got proof and alibi and messaged friends as soon as I went in there of the state of the place but the fact they took my money and tried to accuse me and take extra 250 off me when I’m a hard working man is appalling when I’m working hard in my job to get my own place it was just getting me from a to b is shocking

I didn’t like anything about the property, it was very unhygienic, walls and floor in the room are very dirty and filthy, blinds are broken bed sheets are not fresh , spider webs in the room. As soon I arrived I wasn’t happy about it , I called the host and informed him that the blinds is broken he promised to bring someone to fix it or change but unfortunately he broke his promise didn’t turn up . There is one toilet for 8 rooms , we had to queue up for the toilet, bath rooms is very dirty . The Host tried to scam me by asking for extra £200 when I asked him why he said that I over stayed 1 hour . I left the property just after 11 as I was queuing for the toilet .

The walls and floor are dirty and filthy, bedsheets are not fresh not clean , spider webs in the rooms , blinds was broken could not sleep well I had to wake up 5 because of the light from out side . Bathroom is dirty . And the Host is not a good person, he is a scam .

Attention c'est une arnaque. Il vous demande 100 livres de plus la veille sinon vous n'avez pas les codes. Ils vous indiquent un remboursement suite à votre passage mais ça fait 1 mois et je n'ai toujours rien reçu malgré mes mails de rappel. De plus l'appartement est exécrable, tout est sale, des rats sont présents, la salle de bain et WC sont déplorables. Je ne comprends pas que booking nous laisse se faire berner comme cela, il n'y a de leur part aucune vérification. C'EST UNE HONTE ET JE NE RECOMMANDERAIS BOOKING À PERSONNE. APPARTEMENT À FUIR.

The location only

Every thing It gives a feeling like a mean step-mother who run the place who is not ready to pay any penny for facility. My room was in ground floor and the door open at the garden accessible to all, transparent glass, with NO CURTINS OR BLINDS. NO PRIVACY. Iwas locked outside the property 2 hours at night and I was about to lose my flight, because the key box was bad quality and did not open when I used the code. The owner did not reply messages or phone for 2 hours, I needed to contact police and booking.com, but they did not help. It was THE WORST experience ever for more than 15 years using booking.com. IF ANYONE knows how I can make a claim, please advise, as I do not want anyone to go through what I experienced.

The toilet was on the first floor while my room was on the grand floor. The room was not clean and windows and no curtains to prevent the light at night .
