Unclean, small, not secure.

Location

The room had a set of French doors, they were not locked and no key was available so they were open during my whole stay, I messaged the owner for a key/to lock them but no response. So my belonging were not safe or secure. Secondly the room had no curtains up, so that added to the fact the doors were not locked made it feel very unsafe, and sleep was impossible once 5am hit. The room had clearly been plastered recently due to the strong smell, the walls needed to be painted, the headboard for bed was not attached, the picture for the all was just sitting on the tv bracket (no tv attached). And finally the shower was broken. Terrible room, and I’ve messaged the owner multiple times this week and still no response…

The location. The room stank of mould and dampness. We wouldn’t even get in the bed, the communal bathroom doesn’t even have a blind up at the window. Didn’t get any sleep as the smell was overwhelming and made us feel sick and cough all night. I wouldn’t expect an establishment like this to be on booking.com

Good location, close to the principality stadium.

The bathroom was manky to say the least, unclean and mould growing. The female resident in the building came home at 3am, with friends, and proceeded to play loud music. Excusing it because she lives there. There was a mess up with another guest's booking, which resulted in her coming home (at 1am) to find someone else in her bed, which started a shouting match between her, her party and the poor guy that was also booked into their room. felt incredibly sketchy sending a deposit by bank transfer and the host was slow in returning it.

Very poor. I had to check out earlier than anticipated
