Not a lot! Other than the proximity to the stadium, there were NO redeeming features.

The £100 breakages deposit for a room that was in extremely poor condition, deposit was held on to 3 weeks. We experienced the room to have a broken unusable blind, leaving no window coverage other than obscure film - not great when the room is on street level - so with a broken blind this gave no privacy in the room. There was paint peeling off the walls, general smell of smoke despite apparently being a non smoking room. Can't comment on how comfy the bed was as we chose not to sleep in it as we questioned its cleanliness. The shared bathroom for the 5 bedrooms, has a big window again with zero coverage for privacy so you need to be happy to pee and poo in full view of the garden and neighbours.

Basic room, headboard was not attached to bed but leaning behind, tv in room didn't even reach plug socket, one bathroom shared between 5/6 rooms. Front door is broken, on arrival we found it slightly ajar so no problems gaining entry, however coming back in the evening another couple were struggling to unlock it, the landlord was called but didn't answer! The other couple managed to unlock it and we all went into our rooms. My teenage daughter told me the next day that other people had trouble unlocking the door and they were banging on to be let in which was sometime after midnight- possibly early hours.

Nothing other than it's 15 mins from station

No key on arrival, had to knock for someone "stressed" to come to the door in a dressing gown. Bin bags in front of bedroom door, which is in the kitchen. People washing up and using the microwave 2/3/4/5 am could not sleep No curtain or blinds of any kind, no privacy. Bed very uncomfortable Stairs very dirty. Weird dodgy vibe about the place. Bath filthy. Lots of random food in kitchen and bottles round the bath / clothes that look like they've been washed in the bath - I think people live here

The location was good

We never mind basic but it should be clean. The bed linen was lacking, totally old flat pillows and I question whether it was clean bedding. Could see mark on sheet and long dark hair not mine. Towels provided were clean but the shared bathroom unfortunately was in a disgusting state thanks to other guests that vomited over the floor and left a filled bath tub with what looked like pond water. I realise that is not actually the fault of the host. Toilet seat broken.

Location to the stadium

Broken blinds, dirty, absolute horrendous bathroom with broken facilities, tv had been ripped out and we had someone banging on the window and front door all night!
