Leider nicht viel. Die Lage war super!

Ich weiß gar nicht wo anfangen... Oberflächlich sieht die Wohnung aus wie auf den Bildern. Es täuscht jedoch schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr alt, was an sich kein Thema ist, aber wenn sie dann noch dreckig ist, dann wird es eklig. Der Gastgeber war trotz Beginn um 14.00 Uhr nicht fertig mit dem Saubermachen. Wir mussten noch eine halbe Stunde warten, was an sich auch kein Problem ist - wenn dann die Wohnung sauber wäre. War es aber nicht. Es war nicht gewischt und die Mülleimer waren nicht geleert. Dem Gastgeber habe ich Bescheid gegeben, er nannte als Grund, dass er sich beeilt habe, da wir bereits gewartet hätten. Das ist jedoch kein Grund um nicht ordentlich sauber zu machen. Man sollte pünktlich mit dem Putzen anfangen wenn man weiß, dass die Gäste ab 14.00 Uhr kommen. Danach war von 3 Mülleimer einer geleert, die anderen waren nach wie vor voll bis oben hin. Versteht man nicht. Was ist denn so schwierig dabei die Mülleimer zu leeren... Da werde ich schon von einem Gast angeschrieben und es wird nichts gemacht. Nicht sehr gästefreundlich. Wie in den vorherigen schlechten Bewertungen, die vollkommen gerechtfertigt sind, ist das Wasser sowohl in der Dusche als auch im Waschbecken nicht abgelaufen. Eine Klobürste gibt es auch nicht. Wie gesagt, richtig geputzt wurde auch nicht, nur oberflächlich. Auf dem Boden konnte man getrocknete Flecken sehen, die Füße waren nach kurzer Zeit bereits schwarz wenn man sich nicht sofort Schuhe angezogen hat. Unter dem Bett sollte man nur gucken, wenn man muss. Da mir ein Ohrring runtergefallen ist, musste ich und der Boden war so dreckig, staubig und Fussel ein alter Socke, echt eklig. Das beste kommt aber noch: Beim Check in wurde uns noch nebenbei mitgeteilt, dass es sich bei dem Appartement um ein Shared Appartement handeln würde! Davon steht in der Beschreibung bei Booking nichts drin! Unverschämt.

Το δωμάτιο μας άρεσε πολύ.Ήταν άνετο, καθαρό, με υπέροχη θέα στην Αίτνα όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για να εξερευνήσεις τα αξιοθέατα με τα πόδια.

Δεν με ενόχλησε κάτι σημαντικό. Σαν παρατήρηση μόνο στο μπάνιο θα προτιμούσα να υπήρχαν κάποιες κρεμάστρες για τις βρεγμένες πετσέτες μας, να υπήρχαν στόρια στο παράθυρο και να καθαριστεί από τα άλατα η ντουζιέρα.

Nice big room, big bathroom, clean and extra bonus with Etna that you could see from the room, great location. The host was very nice. :)

Our stay was horrific. First of all, the view is not as it looks like in the photos. You have to lean forward from the balcony to see Mount Etna. The actual view is the back of a restaurant with a bad smell every day. Second of all, you have to share a flat with other people. The bathroom is outside the room which was not hygienic at all. The sink and the shower were both clogged and when we asked the owner to solve the sink he came for help. He said he fixed it but it was the same. We asked him that it was not fixed and the conditions of the room were not good. He said(this was his exact words): "If you want to leave you can do it but it is not up to me... If you don't like it you can go somewhere else. I am sorry" He didn't want us to write a bad comment about the house and so he said we should leave. We said we couldn't afford another place without a refund but he was not helpful. So we decided to leave earlier than we planned.

Location is good, right at the center. The view was amazing, even though it was foggy a bit.

Not fresh towels, no basic toiletries.

View to the Etna was unexpected bonus. Clean, calm. Big room.

Massive apartment and so easy access from the Duomo, I would highly recommend this and I would love it to come back, bed is massive and extremely comfortable. Host is so friendly and help me out with trains and all local information.
