Stunning View and very good Location also the Hosts were very nice! We loved the room and felt comfortable immediately.

The room had a nice view of the Etna, which you could see on sunny days.

There is another room in the apartment, which was reserved by other guests. However, they had trouble unlocking their door, and the host, who was out of town, advised them to ask us for help. In the end, I was able to open their door using our key with some force. This raised safety concerns, as it suggests that the locks for different rooms are not unique. Additionally, the host does not speak any English, which was manageable but inconvenient. The stove shown in the pictures does not work, so do not plan on cooking. Moreover, no cleaning supplies were provided—not even kitchen towels—yet the host later sent us a rude message criticizing us for leaving the apartment dirty. While the apartment itself is nice, the overall experience was disappointing, and I would not book this property again.

During our entire stay, i didn't't know the Wi-Fi password, and the staff was not in touch with me

It's cold and the air conditioner doesn't heat up the room There was no access to the washing machine, although it was in a closed room it's very cold at the end of December

Good location in an area with some good local restaurants and close to the market. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The room is very stylish and the apartment overall is very tastefully decorated. I was able to drop my bags off early before check in the afternoon which I really appreciated.

Only slight frustration was that the hob in the kitchen didn't work so I couldn't cook on it.
