- Dirty Towels - Limited Hot water in shower - No Lift - Uncomfortable Bed

Clean and romantic room, friendly staff, breathtaking view.

The staff was friendly and overall experience was pleasant.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, the pillows need to be replaced as soon as possible as they don’t really have the texture of a pillow anymore. There were only 2 coffee capsules provided, although we booked for 3 nights. The room was ready late and that was not ideal neither.

The view from the room was beautiful, looking directly at Etna. The accommodation was very quiet, even though it's only 10 minutes away from the city centre.

The first impression was disappointing because the WiFi was not working, even when they have fixed it, the signal was too low in our room, so it was useless. The shower drain was not working properly, so every time we used the cabin, the shower filled up. The towels had some black stains, so even if they were washed, they didn't seem clean. The trash bins in the apartment were so full, the coffee machine full with pods, so the general impressions are really very disappointing.
