"definitely worth a stay for the right budget as it offers many positive aspects."

close to train station, very friendly woman who runs place and was helpful. it is a very rustic guesthouse but the beds were extremely comfortable and the whole experience was good!!

bathrooms were very rustic and no hot water except for in the shower.

Our stay at the Guesthouse Ogawaya was fantastic. The host speaks fluently English, is very kind and hospitable. We had a spacious and cosy room and everything was clean. It is the perfect accommodation before or after the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage.

"Great little stay"

Great little guesthouse if you want to stay somewhere more traditional. We were the only guests so we had the whole house to ourselves. Futons were very comfortable. The place was 2 min walk from the bus stops/station and 15min to the beach.
