"Very welcoming, comfortable and the breakfast (and system!) was great."

Breakfast was great, the permission to eat in our room was very handy, the dedicated bin for take-away waste and the clothes dryers were very well thought out options for guests. Our host was very friendly and accommodating too.

Parking is a lottery, but only to be expected in this location, it's the same for every other guest house in the area. That said, even at the end of half-term week, we managed to find a space within a sesible distance of the property every day. Parking is free.

"A great stay, would stay again."

A great stay. Local to the town, a five minute walk to town centre. A small room but adequate. The included breakfast was great. Availability of fresh milk and more tea or coffee sachets always available. Staff, Andy, very helpful.

Location, Andy was great. Very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy and the room very clean. Breakfast was perfect every morning.

Prima locatie. Aardige en attente gastheer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Enige minpuntje was dat onze kamers (met name dec1 persoonskamer) wel erg klein waren.

"Perfect 4-night stay in my favourite town in the Lakes!"

Traditional Lakeland period house in a great location, minutes’ walk from all the lovely eateries, pubs and shops of Keswick. The owners are extremely kind and thoughtful, and the breakfasts are excellent.
