Lovely hosts, comfy room and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. The guest house is in a lovely location close to the centre and a great base for some hiking!

"It’s definitely the place to stay in"

Everything about Herdwick Guest House cannot be faulted. Andy is so helpful and gave us great advice. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is perfect with everything within 5-10 mins walk. We parked on the street and didn’t need to use the car again for our four day stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. Well done Tracey and Andy
