Easy to get to Very friendly and helpful staff Quiet side street

No air condition, no English speakers, no private parking. But in the description was clearly written that all those things were there. We booked two night and due to the mention above we decided to stay only one night.

Balcony is good and big

The room doesn’t have air conditioning and fan and I only rented this place because the description said it had air, a heat of 35 degrees was during the day. Booking should remove air conditioning from the list. The carpet also dirty. Needs renovation to be good

We liked privacy and host flexibility.

The room furniture and beddings were slightly worn down. The cooling system was extremely noisy (+40 C degrees outside!).

The price was cheap

Fist night of staying, no hot water. Second night, there was an ants invasion, all-over, it was impossible to stay there so I spend the night at another hotel. Also broken toilet,leaky sink and shower and very cold.

Location

Dirty bed linen, dirty toilet, musty smell, ants on the carpet and on the table, spider on the ceiling, crumbling / peeling wall from an older flood next to the bed (room number: 2, ground floor).
