Suri Guesthouse

The room was clean and comfy. Very secure and close to many transportations to the old Town. The hosts were super lovely. Totally recommend for a couple or a family.

It's a really dirty place. The bed was full of ants, and the bed sheets were broken (see picture). The floor was dirty as hell, and the bathroom had stains on the ceiling. The room smells really bad. I couldn't sleep, so I had to leave in the middle of the night. It is the worst place I ever so in my entire life. Don't go there!

It is near a bus station but the busses have some weird schedule and it happend to us to wait a lot for them.

You can get better and newer place for that amount. shower was leak and water was going all over the floor.

The proximity to my work, I chose this guesthouse because of it. It's also located close to several hypermarkets, pharmacies and main road (Calea Bucuresti). The bed was clean and comfortable. Owners seem nice, but they make little effort to keep the guesthouse looking good.

The hallway looks dirty, like it hasn't been vacuumed in a long time, the carpet covering the stairway is shredded and was covered in crumbs. The rug in the room was also dirty, it looked old and stained (use to be light grey, now is dark grey and brown in some places). The worst part of the room was the bathroom: it had several hairs on the floor, the sink had hair in it and the shower cabin looked rusty and unusable. The bathroom mat was laid on the radiator, but also looked old, dirty and unusable. I asked the owners to give me another room, with a balcony (as I had booked), but they said all the rooms are full. Since I arrived late in Brasov and had to be at work shortly after, also I had paid the room in advance, I chose not to complain any more about the state of my room, and slept in it as it was for 1 night. In other circumstances I would have left this guesthouse and searched for a better accommodation. I will never book this again.
