Comfy place for busy people, who are out all the day long and need a place to sleep.

No kitchen and a washing machine are a con, but as long as this rent was the cheapest, I have no complaints.

Location, spatious, warm and comfy room.

No kitchen, tight or no parking space if more crowded.

The owners were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and happy to help in any way they could. The room was very clean, quiet, and welcoming and I had the best night's sleep there that I'd had for a while. Highly recommended place to stay

The room was just what we needed for the one night. It was spacious, equipped with a small fridge and a TV and had a balcony over the street. We specifically looked for a place with own parking and we could park in the small courtyard, even though the owner originally told us to park on the street (we didn't want that). The biggest plus for me was the comfiness of the bed - the mattress was not too soft, not too hard and the blankets and pillows were super comfy. I slept very well there, which is just what I needed. The owner(s?) were really friendly and nice and we managed to communicate, even though the gentleman can't speak English at all.

For me the biggest imperfection was the bathroom. It urgently needs renovation. Both the sink and toilet desk were all wobbly, the showerhead holder was broken, the shower doors leaked and whole bathroom smelled moldy. The smaller ones were: the fridge was extremely loud, it woke me up several times during the night, and the location isn't that central as it might seem, it takes 45 minutes to reach the city centre on foot (but it is an interesting walk, just take a detour from the main road).

Very good value for the momey. Location is not close to center, but it was good for what we needed. Quiet and nice back yard.

Sheets had hairs on them and it made us question cleanliness.
