Guest House Royal Comfort With Terrace

Location was good, next to the botanical garden and a short walk away from the centre. Nice view from the terrace. Bed was mostly comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.

Communication was awful with the host. Our plane arrived at 5 am, they offered us transfer from the airport for 10 euros which we accepted, and I asked 2x times if it was okay that we arrived so early, not like we had any other choice, but the host said it was okay, and the transfer was fine as well. We arrived and the first red flag was that they made us pay 16 euros instead, then we payed for our one day stay. After that we went into the city and only arrived back in the evening. As we were only staying one night, leaving for Tbilisi the next day, we looked for the host who was very rude all of the sudden and said that because we arrived early in the morning we have to pay for an extra day more. I would have been totally okay with this, if she had communicated this, but this never happened, even though I told her our plans weeks prior, and not even when we payed for our stay that morning. I feel like she used us and it was a very awful first impression of the famous Georgian hospitality. The rooms are cramped, dirty, and the bathrooms stinks.

Great Host ❤️ Lovely Owner keep us fed in the morning and made sure we got everything :) cheers! Very good localisation few minutes from white bridge in Kutaisi.

Breakfast was reasonably good given the Price.

You hv to go out for lunch/ dinner unless ond is part of a group.

The mornings on the terrace are wonderful due to bird singing and beautiful view to the Rioni river and hills.

Great shared terrace with swings, pretty to hang out there. Breakfast very basic but still available.

Rooms were basic, bed squeaky even when turning around, no toilet paper in room.
