A wonderful stay. Fabio was very helpful and kind. Free snacks and drinks were waiting for us in the kitchen. Delicious coffee. The apartment was very clean, we had a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Working TV and air conditioning in the room. Private balcony with a wonderful view of Vesuvius. Interesting and original interior design. Our daughter was delighted with the cats with glowing eyes 😄 Gated community with private parking across the street. There is a supermarket next to the entrance gate, which was very convenient.

Where can I start? I already felt very much welcomed from Fabio before even arriving because he made sure when he will send me the details and what types of transport I need to use to get to the place. Communication felt safe and welcomed. And when arriving, he made sure to wait outside to welcome me and carry my big suitcase for me. He had very nice attitude to welcome and also pretty chill at the same time, so best host he can be. And the rooms, were the best, I loved that bathroom was private and it was super clean also. The room was super nice it has the coolest view with mountain and clean, with cool playful decoration. The place also smelled nice and I liked it too. There was many gifts from him and I can’t even thank him enough!! 100% recommend here. It felt like a home in very short time and I was just so happy that I picked there. As a female solo traveler, I felt also always safe. If I needed any idea or advice from him about the safety of the city or something he was always quick to respond and willing to help. I appreciate this stay a lot I’ll not forget here for sure. I wanna come back.

Room very clean and with a nice view on Vesuvio, very good pizzeria close by, train to Napoli easy walking distance, private parking just across the room, free coffee and stuff for breakfast and plenty of valuable tips for a nice and comfortable stay

Everything was perfect! Fabio as a person, his rooms and art, the kitchen, the terras and view, the beds 😇💤, the hygiene (even the toilet paper smelled good), location very relaxing to, his tv’s got netflix 👌, the shower… if we come back in or nearby Napels again we will be back Fabio! 🥳

That we only booked for one night, would loved to stay for more days!

We stayed in Fabio’s place for a night as we were heading to the airport the next morning and we had a great stay! The apartment is super clean and contain everything one needs. We were impressed with his attention to detail and how much effort he put into making sure we were comfortable. He collected us from the port and gave us a lift to the airport, this was an absolute kindness that we aren’t used to anymore. What a kind person. We didn’t get to see the neighbourhood, but we went to a pizzeria (not the one below his apartment) that Fabio recommended, and the food was divine! Thank you so much Fabio!

Nothing bad to say

Great place to stat for a solo traveler/couple. Fabio contacted me before arriving and even offered a pickup from the airport. The Room is big and clean and showers are great! The place is abit far from napoli (20 min on train) but is close public transportation, 5 min walk to the train(pay in cash).
