The room and the whole apartment was really nice and spotless clean with a spacious private bathroom next to the bedroom. Amazing view of Vesuvio from the balcony where you can chill after a day of sightseeing. Big and equipped kitchen with dining area, however there are some restaurants/ pizzerias around, as well as a couple of groceries stores. You also get bottled water, milk and some snacks every day left for you in the kitchen. The area itself felt safe even when walking from the station after dark. The owner is very attentive and friendly and even picked me up from the airport which was really nice. Keep in mind there are other bedrooms in the apartment so you might not be the only one staying there.

Fabio was wonderful from the start, whatsapp messaging me months before, when I made the booking. He picked me up from the airport, was prompt with communication, spoke good English and was a sweet and accommodating host. The room was spacious, bathroom modern. Very calming space away from the city to recuperate.

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It has great facilities and amenities such as: good WiFi, air conditioning, free parking and kitchen etc. Fabio is very welcoming and helpful, one of the greatest hosts. I highly recommend!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a bit far from the centre (about a 15-minute train journey), but no big deal. I had a nice view of Mt Vesuvius.

Location

The room is in Fabio's quiet and hyper clean apartment. It has a large comfortable bed, a coach, a rotan chair, a little table, a coffee machine, books, ... and a wonderful terrace with a table, two chairs and a good view on monte somma and Vesuvius. Next to the room is the very modern bathroom with an excellent shower (soap, shampoo, towels all sorts, hair dryer, ...). You can also use the kitchen that is fully equipped. A basic Italian breakfast is included: coffee, tea, milk, drinking yoghurt, crackers, jam, different kind of biscuits, bottles of water. The place is in a small suburb village that has at least 3 very good restaurants. It's next to a supermarket (great to have a picknick on the terrace!) and just a little walk from te station. The train brings you for a little over 2 euros to the center of Naples. Fabio is a perfect host. The communication is fast and efficient. He is discrete, kind and most helpful. I very much enjoyed my 7 days stay at Fabio's and would without any hesitation choose for his place again.

I truly liked my stay here. But all depends on what you are looking for. This place is perfect for people who want to explore Naples, Pompeï, Vesuvius, Capri and the Amalfi coast during the day and who like to escape from the tourist crowds in the evenings (and also eat more authentic, less expensive food than in the city). If you need a 5 star luxury hotel, if you love the crowds or if you are a night owl you might want to stay in the center of Napoli. Looking for an authentic experience? Go to Cercola!

Fabio is very attentive and responsive host! He is willing to do all the possible and more to make your stay comfortable. You will have your own coffee machine in the room, also there are biscuits and juice in the kitchen, all free of charge. The apartment itself is very fresh and modern, cool view to Vesuvio from balcony. Courtyard is quiet. Supermarket is 30 sec walk from apartment. Free private parking nearby. For its price it's 15/10, strongly recommended

Everything from Fabio hospitality to the facility and even the neighbours. The unit has everything you need, I can literally stay here for months. Getting around is quite simple. You can take the train (20 min top and cost 1.79 euros) or the bus #116 (40 min and cost 1.2 euro) to the city centre. Train network also enable you to go to surrounding tourist places like the pompeii or amafli coast. Fully equipped kitchen but please do keep it clean!

Spectacular view of Vesuvius, free parking, greenery in surrounding area, fantastic rooms and bathroom with so much love in the detail, great design (great lights!!) super clean, amazing location - easy and fast to go to Naples center by train, close to Vesuv, Pompeji, Herculaneum, and Airport.. Cercola neighbourhood is calm has plenty of shops and cafes, food places and much better air than in Naples center! Fabio is incredibly friendly guy, super host, offers coffee, juice, breakfast cake, water, gives excellent tips and information, is flexible and forthcoming - the best! Any one who stays here made the best choice for Napoli and surrounding attractions, it can't get better!

Cozy structure, with an eclectic style. For those in search of tranquility, privacy and cleanliness it is the TOP. Fabio is very helpful, ready to help you and to give useful information. Optimal position to reach Naples which is a few kilometers away by bus or train. I will definitely be back.
