"Room with Landlord in Cercola"

The apartment is brandy new.

The host Fabio is kind, helpful and friendly, but he tooks his job perhaps too serious. I told him that It wasn't necessary to clean my room, because I leave my things everywhere. He insisted. Should I really point out that I didn't want him or someone else to put them in "order" in the Shelving? There was in general a lack or weirdness of privacy due also to the fact I never understood if he was at home or not, because the apartment seems to me not to be his primary accomodation even If he has his room. Until now I rented a room living with a Landlord only as expat.
