Good location and an easy check-in with good instructions. Check in from 1pm is also a bit earlier than usual which is helpful.

The bathroom facilities are appaling, which is a shame as it would take a small investment for an otherwise well-equipped room. The walk-in shower had a worn out shower head that was in terrible state which caused the water to flow poorly. The bathroom would get completely wet even after a short shower. The area is really noisy as it is opposite the central station but we expected it.

The room is clean, beds are comfortable, close to the center. The owner friendly and helpful!

The toilet is a bit small and has one kind of stair, so you have to be careful while entering the toilet.

Clean, stylish, well-maintained. Good value and 1block from central train station in Palermo!

Perfect Location very close to the train station (2 min walk) and to the center

We enjoyed staying here. The location is central, the room was nice with everything we needed. Also, self checkin instructions were clear.

No elevator inside the building. Apartment front door was defected and could not be locked.

The hotel is located beside the street and not too quiet in the night. The shower room is too small and must be renoviert.
