"Location and comfort"

The host guided me through the boarding procedure. The check-in process was smooth since the instructions were clear and detailed. The location is perfect—walking distance of the city's historical landmarks and attractions, especially the Palermo Centrale. The room is clean and comfortable, with a great view. Lastly, I really like the cafe down the building.

I found hair from the towels provided. I just wish a dental kit was provided. The kettle in the kitchen is not safe to use.

Great location near station and adjacent to interesting areas within walking distance. Remote check-in possible. Calm furnished room.

Minor issue but strong smell of air freshener /spray upon entry that took time to get rid of with open windows.

"Perfect location to Palermo Centrale Train Station"

Close to train station

A little bit small for 2 suitcases but perfect for an early morning train ride to the airport. Literally walk out the front door and it’s across the road.
