The rooms are clean. In the rooms is free wifi. Our rooms had air conditioner and a balcony.

The room was clean and quite an attractive looking room for the price point, with a small balcony and a street view. It had good AC and a fridge which was also useful. As far as budget hotels go it was as nice as you would expect. The hotel itself is not in the nicest of areas but you are just across the road from the train station so this was ideal for a stopover when travelling elsewhere.

My only issue was the main door to my room, which was a thin sliding door with just a bathroom-door-style lock on it. While I’m sure the area and neighbouring guests are safe enough, I would’ve felt a bit more comfortable with either a proper front door to my room or just a more secure and substantial locking system.

Everything was fine it's worthwhile..

location was excellent, near train station and public transportation.

No elevator, had to lug bags up a few flights of stairs.

Very friendly staff, perfect location (everything is walkable), comfortable mattress, small and cute balcony.

Perfect location for anybody arriving in or leaving Palermo, next to the station/bus station. Light, airy, modern room. Cafe downstairs serves a good continental breakfast. Staff very helpful, even carried our luggage downstairs.

Tiny shower. Fridge provided but not plugged in and no bottle of water provided.
