Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya

The accommodation was absolutely nice with totally kind and lovely hosts. We enjoyed our stay a lot and did not miss anything. The little own pool was always nice for a refresh. The breakfast was great as well. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

What makes this place is the owner. She was lovely. Very accommodating. We arrived late and hungry. And there is nowhere to eat locally without getting a car. She made us food and accommodated a vegan..... food was delicious. Breakfast again was delicious and accommodating. The hotel is really cheap and even the mini bar items! The room was clean and comfortable. Having use of an outside area was nice too, set in a natural environment. Nice to eat outside except for the mosquitos! But the owner did bring us a mosquito incense repellant, again very thoughtful.

The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. There are signs but theyre not easy to see or follow in the dark. Google maps isn't correct for the route either, but luckily a local passed by and helped us. Better signage is a must! We didnt use the pool. It looked nice and clean. But the paint is peeled off in places. A paint job would really elevate the aesthetics!

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui c'est montrée adorable avec notre fils de 5 ans, nous avions vu sur des singes et des écureuils. Excellent petit déjeuner. La piscine privée très agréable avec la chaleur. Kids friendly+++

La clim n'était pas très efficace et coulait dans la chambre le matin on c'est levé avec une flaque d'eau au pied du lit. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer une super nuit !

Schönes Hotel mit bezaubernden Gastgebern die einen rundum versorgen. Tolles Frühstück. Der Gastgeber fährt zuverlässig überall hin. Würde immer wieder hin wenn ich in Sri Lanka bin
