Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya

A blissful four days, being looked after by the most wonderful people. The chalet is tucked away down a little rd,, surrounded by beautiful gardens & farmland. It’s lovely & spacious with the comfiest bed I’ve had all over Asia, not hard! There’s a sofa inside and out, along with a plunge pool, table & sun loungers. It’s all so comfy & relaxing. Everything is so clean and tidy. Breakfast is served to your table, abundance of food, fresh juice & coffee. They can supply a scooty, driver, jeep safari driver, tuk tuk and laundry service. If you require lunch or dinner they will cook for you. Wildlife is everywhere, the birds are incredible beautiful sounds all day long. Obviously as expected there are mosquitoes, bring spray, a net is over the bed it helped. Aircon works well, fridge is always stocked, pool towels are supplied along with shower towels, always hot water. It’s a rustic, jungle stay offering comfort, calm & unbelievable service. I will definitely be going back!

È come stare in famiglia! I proprietari sono due persone meravigliose, gentilissime, molto accoglienti e sempre sorridenti. Inoltre, la signora Dilani, che lavora nella struttura, è fantastica: sempre allegra, gentile e attenta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Il bungalow è grande e molto pulito ed il letto molto comodo, la piccola piscina ad uso esclusivo rende il luogo eccellente. La colazione è fantastica e la proprietaria è molto attenta a prepare cose gradite dagli ospiti. La natura circostante è bellissima e tutto il luogo è molto curato! Ogni giorno ci hanno offerto succhi di frutta con dolci, ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati! Ci hanno noleggiato lo scooter ad un prezzo equo ed erano pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. È sicuramente il luogo migliore dove abbiamo soggiornato e siamo in Sri Lanka da oltre 20 giorni. Da qui con lo scooter siamo andati facilmente alla rocca di Sigiriya ed anche al tempio rupestre di Dambulla, oltre che a Pidurangala. Consiglio a tutti questo luogo stupendo!

Todo fue perfecto: la acogida de los dueños, los desayunos increíbles, la ayuda para planificar todo. Se ofrecieron para llevarnos a descubrir Sirigiya y sus alrededores a precios muy razonables. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. No hay más que decir, un 10/10, son muy buenas personas, no duden en reservar 💚💚💚
