Pansion Giannis Perris

Perfectly located building, close walk to everything in Kokkari. Right on the beach and the view is stunning, bathroom was very clean! Giannis was a great host, was happy to offer suggestions of things to do. And offered me a later check out which I appreciated but declined as I enjoyed sitting on the beach instead. Even offered me a lift to Samos (Vathy) while I waited for my bus. I cannot recommend staying here enough!!

Giannis is a great host and the location is fabulous.

Very thin walls ... one hears everything...

Giannis very friendly owner, very reponsive and helpfull. Room has private door to the beach. We like wavy sea. Everything was very very clean. Public parking has enough place and very close. We had rent a car but we didnot use it much because Kokkari is very beautiful and calm, you cannot leave:) Ευχαριστώ

We thought we will have a private kitchen when we saw the pictures. We would prefer private one. Some people next door might leave the dirty glasses in the tab :(

This place is amazing. Directly in front of the water, quiet, tidy, and great hosting by Giannis. We are already planning a return visit some day.

Clean

Location is excellent, right in the middle of Kokkari on the beach. Everything you need is there. Giannis is a wonderful host, he replies to any requests very quickly via email.

I really think a sun bed for each person would be wonderful, the rocks are extremely uncomfortable. The lack of tea bags ( I had to buy my own) is interesting. The Greeks cater well to coffee drinkers. No tissues or solid soap provided (but this is semantics.)

The owner Giannis is always very helpful and do his best. The sea view is really beautiful and it is a great experience to wake up with the sound of the waves. The room is snall but has everything you need for a vacation. I was worried about lack of air conditioning but there was no need, fan is quite enough.

The weather around Kokkari is windy and hence the sea is always wavy. It is a popular spot for wind surfing but not non-stop swimming.

It was an incredible experience. You are just a few steps away from the sea from your balcony. The room is spotless, cleaned every day with love and care as if the cleaners themselves were staying there. We've stayed in at least 10 hotels across different islands and cities in Greece, and we've never encountered one this comfortable and clean. Some reviews mentioned a lack of power outlets, but there's a power strip in the room. Additionally, there are no mosquito problems; a mosquito repellent device is installed. We never heard our neighbors; the only sound is the waves. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back.
