"Excellent place on the beach."

On of the best places I've stayed at. At very reasonable price you live right at the beach in a spotless clean room. Excellent bed sheets, towels, good water tube (and thr water is not salty as it was in Turkey). 5 min from the bus stop, in the middle of Kokkari but still quiet.

The waves are loud ))

Kokkari is very nice village and close to beautiful beaches. Location of the hotel is very good, everything is just meters away when you left from the room. The pension is quite clean, balcony is open to sea with an amazing view, we slept with sounds of waves. Mini fridge was also working fine to keep stuffs cold. Wifi is also working fine. Giannis is very welcome person, thank you for quick response and early checkin.

The room size is a little bit small but this is what you know from the photos, so expected. We also know air-conditioning is not available but we really needed it because weather was too hot during our travel. Ceiling fan is not enough with these temperatures.

Giannis Perris is at a great location. Everything you need is right next door. Whether it is dining, coffee shops, shopping, transportation, beaches. Giannis and his parents are the most welcoming sweet honest people you will meet. Love Love Giannis mom! Anything you need Giannis is available at anytime to meet your needs or questions you may have. Rooms are kept so clean on a daily basis. Best thing ever is the beach is right in front of your door! You won’t regret the stay and I’m sure 100% you will be back! Very comfortable, affordable, and accommodating!!
