Great location, very clean, excellent hosts

Very close to beaches, restaurants

Everything is perfect just bathroom and shower is a bit small

The owner Giannis is always very helpful and do his best. The sea view is really beautiful and it is a great experience to wake up with the sound of the waves. The room is snall but has everything you need for a vacation. I was worried about lack of air conditioning but there was no need, fan is quite enough.

The weather around Kokkari is windy and hence the sea is always wavy. It is a popular spot for wind surfing but not non-stop swimming.

It was an incredible experience. You are just a few steps away from the sea from your balcony. The room is spotless, cleaned every day with love and care as if the cleaners themselves were staying there. We've stayed in at least 10 hotels across different islands and cities in Greece, and we've never encountered one this comfortable and clean. Some reviews mentioned a lack of power outlets, but there's a power strip in the room. Additionally, there are no mosquito problems; a mosquito repellent device is installed. We never heard our neighbors; the only sound is the waves. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back.

Perfect location and amazing host

An incredibly beautiful location, right by the sea. We were able to go swimming every morning. The room is cleaned every day with love and care.

There is little storage space. 2 people should not take too much luggage.

Location is great. You are just at the beach. It is clean. The host is so helpful and available all time. The view was wonderful.

The room is small. Beds are twin. Shower area is small. The walls are not soundproof. So you can hear what the other guests are doing. So they can hear you, too. No AC. There are mosquitos during non windy nights.

All great - cleanliness, kindness, location, support.

Unfortunately there is not enough space for wet beach cloth to dry.
