Fay did a great job showing us around the area.

I wish more things to see were within walking distance.

Safe and the host Fay is a very very wonderful person she went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Will be back for sure

Did not stay.It was appalling.

The location, After confirming the booking ,I arrived ,with no one to report to.. Given a number from a guest to call. After several attempts, I was told there is no vacancy.. I left to find alternative accommodation.

We love the location (close to Rick’s cafe), the facilities (clean, quiet and comfortable) and the host (always helpful and accommodating). The kitchen is a welcome bonus, and very appreciated when available. Hope to return many more times in the future.

This property is a walking distance from various restaurants, shops & points of interest, including Sharks (authentic Jamaican food made with love), Value Mac (grocery store) & Rick's Cafe (great for watching the sunset). The bedroom is extremely spacious, and includes 2 fans, a refrigerator, cups/glasses, cutlery & more. The bathroom offers free toiletries, provides hot & cold water, and has a shower. Ms Fay's customer service, is second to none! She has such a warm & vibrant energy, she made my stay very memorable. She answered all queries I had, and also gave me information about Negril, and what to do/see. She picked me up from the knutsford express station, and also dropped me off, for a very reasonable price. When I needed to do my laundry, she drove me to the laundromat for free. Anytime I had a question & messaged her, her communication was spot on. I wish her continuing success in her business.

Location great nice and quiet but close to places like ricks cafe and extabi restaurant and bar.seven mile beach also not far

Fay is an amazing host who treated me like family. The guest as well were like long lost kin. I wouldn’t only recommend you go stay at Fays because you can walk to just about anything you need and Rick’s Cafe is 4 minutes walking , but she honestly hands down was warm and caring. There is no place I’d rather stay and I will be back so Sister please keep my room ready 2 fans . One love , family

Everything was a plus

Warm welcome, great hospitality, location nearby good restaurants, local vibe. I liked the furniture in our room. We had a room with hot and cold water, but just cold water wouldn’t have been any problem since the weather in Negril is hot!
