Very close to the caves and ricks cafe. Fey was very friendly

We loved everything about it, it’s a nice place, a clean place, a safe place near to the main road. Miss Fay is a perfect host, who works with us and is always gentle with us. She greets us, shows us respect and there’s never a fuss there. We feel welcome & look forward to seeing to her again every time.

Nothing bad to say

Unfortunately Fay was not present when we arrived. In fairness she did inform she might be at the shop. We did try entering the reception but it was locked up and did not appear has though property used so we were very wary. Fay cancelled without charging us so appreciate she had done this.

Fays Place is a home away from home. It was very quiet, clean, cosy and peaceful place to stay. Simple yet very comfortable I liked the layout of the apartment with the kitchenette. During our two weeks stay it was clean by Fay continuously. Walking distance to Rick Cafe and lots of lovely other restaurants, shops and bars. Negril Town is only a short taxi ride away and worth a trip. I visited Fay shop it got so much lovely stuff on sale. If possible, visit Quality restaurant for amazing local authentic Jamaican food, ice cold drinks and a lovely spot to swim. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience and Fay is an amazing host always helping and looking after us.

We loved how close it was to many shops and restaurants. It’s barely a 5 minute walk from the iconic Rick’s cafe.

On our first night, there was a leak in the bathroom but Fay dealt with it swiftly. There wasn’t much else that we didn’t like.

We were warmly received, great location (walking distance to Rick’s cafe), and also very much appreciated the room with kitchenette we had.
